Just wanted to let everyone know about this very unique seminar, Taking Control of Your Diabetes, on December 1st. This is an educational opportunity for your diabetic pateints that should not be missed! The registration cost is $15 for patients. There is a concurrent CME event for providers titled Making the Connection (lead by Dr. Tom Blevins). It provides 7.5 CME hours for only $30. Attacted are the two brochures with additional information on these two educational events. Please feel free to print the brochure and distribute it to your patients.
