Networking: Crystal Milner FNP ACNP

Networking is a major key in building laisons, sharing knowledge, optimizing resources, communicating, maintaining your presence within the bigger organizational structure and ultimately enhancing our organizations impact on acheiving our goal. Reaching out to other organizations or responding to call of services is only one aspect of the Austin APNs mission.

Recently we were contacted by Constance Thayer FNP from Santa Barbara, who had viewed our new website. She was visiting the central Texas area and wanted to attend an educational dinner or visit with one our practicing Advance Practice Nurse at their clinical sites. We had no educational presentations scheduled during her planned visit. One community APNs Crytstal Miller FNP ACNP of Austin Heart Hospital invited Constance to spend the day, visiting her clinical practice. Constance experience was rewarding and provided this response:

Constance Thayer “I did rounds with Crystal and was impressed by her knowledge, enthusiasm, energy, personable approach and dedication. I certainly appreciated the opportunity to interact with another NP.”

I would like to thank Crystal Milner for providing the opportunity for Constance Thayer to visit with her practice and supporting the Austin APNs mission and goals.
