Thank You For Your Support and Welcome New President Glenda Velji NP !!!

As my term comes to an end as Chair/President (2008-2010) of the Austin APNs I want to take a moment and thank you for your support and commitment to our organization. Over the last two years I have been able to work with a committed Steering/Executive Committee. We have worked to rekindle the enthusiasm of previous members of the Austin APNs, and encourage membership of new APN students and graduates in our community .We have been able to accomplish a new website, monthly educational presentations (thank you Melanie!!), offer a yearly Educational Stipend for National Conference to one of our members, and continue with the mission of the Austin APNs organization. Most of all I want you to take a moment and welcome Glenda Velji NP our new President. She is a dynamic leader and has many new and innovative ideas to continue to grow our organization and its commitment to you our members and the Austin APN community.
