Dear Austin APN members,

We hope you and yours are well and staying safe. Given the continued uncertainty of the safety of group events and cruise travel through the remainder of the year, the cruise committee has decided to postpone the 2020 Educational Cruise to next year (2021). Although we had considered holding the CE courses as a virtual conference, we decided it would be best to not hold the conference this year in any format, and instead look forward to planning the Educational Cruise to be held in October or November of 2021. 

For those who already booked their room on the Liberty of the Seas through our Austin APNs group with Royal Caribbean, you will receive a full refund of your deposit (and any other payments you've made) to your original form of payment *AS LONG AS YOU CANCEL BEFORE JULY 13.* It is very important to cancel before July 13 (more than 6 weeks from the date of this email) in order to receive a full refund; any cancellations made after that date will be reduced by a progressively larger percentage the closer to the sailing date you cancel (outlined in your booking confirmation/receipt). *Unfortunately you cannot cancel your booking online, so you must call Royal Caribbean at 800-465-3595, option 4.*
