A respected federal healthcare partner is seeking a Texas-licensed Nurse Practitioner to support military readiness and care delivery at Fort Bliss, TX. This full-time role offers flexible 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, excellent work–life balance, and the opportunity to care for a highly appreciative, fully insured patient population.

This position is ideal for NPs who value structured schedules, team-based care, and practicing medicine without the pressures of traditional managed care.

What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient clinical care in a military medical setting

• Support soldier readiness and routine medical evaluations

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care

• Work flexible shifts based on preference (8/10/12 hours)

What You Need

• Active Texas NP license

• Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience

• Current BLS certification

• Spanish proficiency encouraged (not required)
