An established emergency medicine program is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a busy Emergency Department located just minutes from Dallas, Texas. This full-time role offers a balanced schedule with 12 shifts per month, a competitive compensation package, and exposure to a broad range of emergency medicine cases.

This opportunity is ideal for NPs with prior Emergency Medicine experience who want strong clinical variety, flexible shift options (days, mids, nights), and a location that offers small-town living with easy access to a major metro area.

What You’ll Do

• Provide emergency care in a hospital-based Emergency Department

• Evaluate and manage acute and emergent conditions

• Perform procedures and clinical decision-making within scope

• Collaborate with physicians and ED staff

• Work a mix of day, mid, and night shifts (12 shifts/month)

What You Need

• Active Texas NP license

• Emergency Medicine experience required

• AGACNP, FNP, AGPCNP, ANP, or AGNP certification

• Strong clinical judgment in a fast-paced setting

$130,000–$175,000 salary
