Remote Nurse Practitioner

Fully Remote | Multiple State Licensures Required

Full-time or Part-time | 1099 Contractor

Pay: $60–$65/hr (1099 Contract)

About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our fully remote care team. You will play a critical role in delivering high-quality virtual care to patients across the U.S. using a best-in-class, user-friendly EMR platform that streamlines documentation and enhances provider-patient communication.

In this position, you’ll work independently while also collaborating with a team of clinicians, support staff, and care coordinators to provide exceptional, whole-person care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently perform age-appropriate health assessments and physical exams
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Develop, initiate, and adjust treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage medications
• Provide care to pediatric and adult patients with both acute and chronic conditions
• Create and manage patient care plans
• Provide preventative care, education, and counseling
• Refer patients to specialists or other healthcare professionals as needed
• Accurately document and review patient medical history and treatment plans
• Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge and stay current on medical research and trends
• Support administrative tasks including reviewing labs, triaging messages, and clarifying prescriptions
• Contribute to a collaborative, integrated virtual medical team

Requirements:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license (APRN) and RN license
• 3+ years of recent experience in a family practice or primary care setting
• Graduate of an accredited Master’s-level Nurse Practitioner program
• Ability to practice independently with prescriptive authority
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Comfort with technology and web-based EMR systems

Licensure Requirements:

• Must be licensed in at least 3 U.S. states (Unless Holding TX License)
• TX license preferred – Supervision support provided through Included Health for TX
• If coming in with a TX license: must also hold 1+ additional license from our preferred list
• If coming in without a TX license: must hold 3–5+ independent state licenses
• (Preferred states list will be provided during screening)
