Requirements

- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Nurse Practitioner Certification and Texas license required
- Understand the responsibilities of being a team member in a busy primary care practice

The Nurse Practitioner (NP) will be licensed as an NP in the State of Texas and always maintain such license in good standing. The NP will report to the supervising physician and/or the Medical Director and will be responsible for meeting CME requirements to maintain certification and licensure.
