Overview:

  • Urgent Care Advanced Practice Clinician 
  • Bryan, Texas 
  • Full-time: schedule is 7 out of 14 days. 
  • Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 
  • Week 2 – Wednesday, Thursday

The Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) provides direct patient care in a fast-paced Express Care location. The clinic has a team atmosphere with a diversity of roles to include express care, occupational medicine, and primary care across the life span from newborn to geriatric patients. The APC will function in concert with the medical director in a multi-disciplinary collaborative team environment and be able to function independently. Schedule requires only 7 out of 14 days with extended hours and weekends. Volume expectations vary with 25 or more patients per workday.

“Must-Have” Skills for the job: 

  1. Master’s degree Graduate from an approved FNP or PA program 
  2. Active Texas license 
  3. National Board Certification 
  4. Active BLS Certification 
  5. Minimum 1 experience in Family Practice or Express/Urgent Care environment required

  • Licenses & Certifications: BLS, Board Certified, TX License
  • Minimum Education: Masters
  • Years of Experience: 1 year
  • Languages: English
