Cruise deadline has been extended to July 7!  If you are interested in the cruise, fill out the booking form, email or FAX to the travel agent so we can reserve the rooms we need to assure CME space and to consider us a serious group.  You can call in your credit card later for the depost.

The cost noted on the booking form is for the cabin (double occupancy).  CME will be offered to AAPN members at no cost.  Friends and family are invited.
